Step & Repeat UV Recombiner

Our new UV recombiner will be ready for trials on 1 March 2023. It is a massive improvement over existing equipment. For the first time in the world, we will be demonstrating a 2 microns step accuracy. It will allow the designers to make complex masters for authentication, decoration, and functional structures.
