Microlens – High-Speed Precision Production in Mexico

We are truly grateful to share the successful installation and commissioning of a high-precision, multi-station microlens fabrication system in Mexico, Designed and manufactured by XRD Nano on behalf of Lumenco Inc. (USA).

The system brings together advanced UV nanoimprint and alignment modules with innovative coating methods designed for accurate application and swift changeovers, enabling high-speed, high-fidelity microlens film production for anti-counterfeit and optical applications.

Built for micron-level precision, robust process stability, and scalable throughput, this installation represents a meaningful step forward in optical manufacturing capability.
