We’ve achieved high-precision UV recombination of complex decorative holographic patterns enabling seamless, large-area master formation with micron level alignment accuracy.

This process is central to the mass production of optical security elements where visual coherence and diffractive brightness are critical.

Technical Highlights:

• Lateral alignment precision: < ±3.5 µm across recombination seams

• Groove continuity preserved across stitched zones and no visual or optical discontinuities

• New UV-curable resin recipe optimised for nano-scale fidelity and low volumetric shrinkage

• Compatible with PET and polycarbonate
