XRD Nano recently launched a high-speed 1600 mm wide UV embossing machine, branded as Xe1.6. It can seamlessly replicate micro and nanostructures such as Hologram, Fresnel lens, lenticular, and others. The Machine can emboss at a maximum speed of 200 m / min. The curing is by UV LED from GEW UK. In addition, this Machine had a contactless dust cleaner from Kelva, Sweden.
Xe is available in 1600mm, 1300 mm, and 1000 mm.
