About XRD Nano

XRD Nano is a UK precision technology company solving one hard industrial problem: 

how to replicate complex micro- and nanostructures repeatedly, accurately, and at scale using UV-cured processes.

In security and functional films, the challenge is not making one good sample. The challenge is repeatability: holding tight process tolerances, controlling resin flow and shrinkage, reproducing difficult aspect ratios and deep-groove structures, maintaining registration, and delivering consistent optical performance across real production conditions. XRD Nano develops the machines, resins, process controls, and application know-how needed to make this possible.

Our technology supports advanced applications in banknotes, ID documents, security documents, brand authentication, holography, optical films, and functional microstructured surfaces. From mask aligners and UV recombination systems to laminators, UV Casting, inspection platforms, and specialist resin processes, we help customers bridge the gap between laboratory precision and industrial manufacturing.
